Disappointed

Standard bank officials working in the Distributions department and the Estate late Departments have been absolutely disappointing. Standard bank cannot give me any proof that the WILL of my late father has been sent to the Master of the Court. The Master of the Court has said that they have not received the WILL. It has been 3 months of following up with the bank and no one- ABSOLUTELY NO ONE can give me an answer. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUTING.
