Disappearing additional bond payments

I deposited R50k into my access bond facility but it only showed R0.00 available for withdrawal. I called standard bank home loans department several times and was told to wait until the debit order cleared on the 10th upon which the money will be available. The 10th came and passed but only R7k was available. What happened to the balance of the R50k?? I sent an email because I was simply tired of talking but no response after 4 days except for the automated reply telling me someone was going to be in contact with me. I put that cash into the home loan for safe keeping in case I needed it but it appears standard bank feels they need the money more than me even though they continue to debit my account of the bond like clockwork. If there's a mistake I made on my side it's fine, just make the money available and I will put it somewhere safer!!
