Disappearance of monies

On the 2/6/2015 R1235.61 was taken off my account again. PPPlease WAKE UP you have not paid last months now once again the people in your insurance department need to become customer related. I phoned on Thursday and was told that the credit controller would get back to me. Still waiting please get rid of these people they are useless.The amount now owed is nearly R900.00 please pay back my money the agreement was R737 something.Till this day I have not heard the reason for the disappearance of my money, and the additional bank fees.
