Dipuo Pilusa ignore my mails. no feedback

Good Day Please assist. Last week Wednesday, I had a plumber that came to my house to fix a leaking tap pipe. Unfortunately, there was also a damage of leaking into the kitchen built in. Dipuo Pilusa open the case, been trying to follow up with her via email but she is not getting back to me. Can someone capable please assist in this matter I need to know if I should hire a carpenter myself as my house is smelling, we approaching another weekend of no action in my part.
