Dilapilated house

I I'm in the process of buying a house through standard bank.im not sure if standard bank have done evaluations on the house.i occupy the house and I'm paying occupational rent.the house is so decapitated roof is leaking beyond you can imagine pipes are rotten.every second week I have to call a plumber.the floor mats were smelling to an extent they triggered my sinuses.i had to remove them and put tiles.all in all the house is not worth the money it is charged.i tried to negotiate with the lawyers they just capitalised on the fact that I take the house as footstool.which in this case it has been misused.can standard bank furnish me with the assessment report of this house.
