Dikeledi Ledimo should be running standard bank!!!!

This review is not for standard bank. this review is for Dikeledi Ledimo. Since i became a merchant, she's the only one who seems to know what's going and can fix a problem. almost 2 weeks ago i report my device as faulty i logged 3 calls NOONE COULD HELP ME, to the point where i ended up throwing a tantrum and crying out of frustration.

when i got a call from her i was so happy coz i knew by the end of the call i'll be up and running. can you please get more ppl like her and let her supervise them. it's not only that she's competent she also seems to be very interested in making sure her customers are happy, when she promises to call back, she calls in that time she promised. Give this woman a promotion and let her train ppl to be like her
