Difficult to Cancel UCOUNT REWARDS...Why??

Why is it so damn easy to join Ucount rewards but so difficult to cancel. I feel this is difficult on purpose to keep your customers...... Come on Standard Bank... Are you having such a tough time you have to make it so difficult for your customers to leave... I've tried visiting my closest branch; I was told to phone the Ucount 0860 UCOUNT (82 68 68) telephone number. After holding on forever and then talking to a consultant for another 5 minutes going through a security check, I still don't get to cancel...... I know have to wait for a consultant to contact me..

So easy to join, just your ID number across the internet........
