Didnt Release my money and now d/o returned

I have opened a new business account for international money to come through as per advice from my tax consultant. I have dealt with international money being received for over a year in another account. I sent a standing instruction form to Whaheed Heldsinger on Wednesday last week.<br> On Friday i called the bank who confirmed that my money was there and would be released that day. Its Monday today and its still not released and all my debit orders have been rejected and now Standard bank is charging me R115 per debit returned. I want my money released and I want STD Bank to pay me back those fees for return debits as this is their fault and not mine. I am extremely upset as I had to fight with Telkom to change my debit order for me and now Standard Bank does this to me. They have never done it before and I dont know why now. They promised me on the call (recorded calls, please check 11.13 am Friday 25th September) that it would be released that day.<br> Please fix this Standard Bank and restore my faith in you as I am about to move banks because I am so upset and dissapointed.
