Didn't change my banking details

I am very annoyed with Standard Bank, I went to my Branch which is K90 to go and change my banking details as I am not using my Standard Bank account. I gave the gentleman my new proof of banking to change the debit order for my Loan to my new bank he made a copy and said he was gong to send it through to the Student Loan division and that the loan will go off from my new account on the 1st of June, they still deducted from my Standard Bank Account on the 25th so the account went into the negative I then transferred money to cover that negative and they returned the funds and deducted a R115 penalty fee as well, after that I contacted Standard Bank and was forever on hold eventually someone answered and said that they are going to put me through to my branch and again being on hold forever and eventually no one answered my call now I need to make arrangements to pay the amount that is in arrears after they messed up, I will not be able to pay the amount, I will pay whatever I can extra per month or they need to extend my loan period with another month to cover that amount, I have been paying this loan for 2 years straight wihtout any problems
