Did her job well

I called Standard Bank card Division to clear up an incorrect ITC judgement that was adversely affecting my bond application. I was pushed from pillar to post and was just about to come onto Hello Peter to complain when I got through to Noluthando Ngewu who assisted me. I cannot say it was exceptional service but she did her job well and thoroughly. I got through to others in her department that just fobbed me off.<br> So thank you Noluthando for doing what was expected of you and doing it well.
