Desperate to find my goods or anyone to help me....

To whom it may concern:- We (my husband and I) placed 3 orders, choosing items that were in stock, and in addition we paid quite a few extra delivery points because we are outside of the main town centers, so the delivery cost is a fortune and we have had to pay in over R1600.00. I received a sms on the 21st of November 2017 informing me that my order had been dispatched from the local distribution center and would be with me shortly. We thought that we would receive the goods within a few days. I phoned on the 6th of December (a birthday, for which I had specifically ordered one of the items) querying when our goods would be delivered. I was told that someone would call me back. I have subsequently phoned at least 6 times now (going through a long time wasting process each time, and speaking to different people each time), been given 3 different reference numbers - ********** , ********** and ********** , promised each time that someone would phone me back, and yet no one has bothered to phone me, and I still have absolutely no idea where our goods are. I have emailed my private banker, asking for assistance, and they gave me a number ********** 868 to call. I called and held for 7 minutes, only to be told that unfortunately the lady I need to speak to wasn't available. I asked for a reference number, but was told that the last reference number would be sufficient. So now I have my daughter still waiting for her birthday gift, and I have no idea whether I will be receiving the rest of my order, which are all holiday gifts.

I would so appreciate it, if someone could let me know what is happening. Kind regards Candace Myers
