Descusted in standard bank

After 2 complaints i layed with standard bank , i didnt get a call and then i called eventually speaking to someone not only were the consultants attutudy making me upset .i was informed that nothing can be reversed, standard bank is indeed the most useless bank! One consultants says 1 thing then another says something else!!is this how standard bank conducts business ,they took the food out if my childs mouth now ,as this maintance money was for food for my child,i told the credit card department i am unemployed, i cant pay my account at this moment and i stoped the debt order!!i now understand why people change bank accounts cause of problems like this. I have banked with standard bank for years and thia is how i am treated ,pathetic from standard bank. I was assured the debt orders were stoped ,clearly the consultants dont know what they are speaking about.i am descusted with standard banks treatment of someone that is unemployed!!!!, i speant so much money speaking to someone last month to sort all the debt orders out and yet nothing was sorted out actually!
