deposits not reflecting since Oct 2015

In October 2015 i deposited around R9000 in total at the atm. 2 days later the money was still not reflecting in my account. I went to see the banker and provided him with all receipts and affidavits etc to get this money refunded. Furthmore i had withdrawn money at the atm and while my slips were reflecting the correct amount withdrawn, it deducted an additional R4000 from my account. Each month he says i will get back to you and never does. Then the money will be refunded and i wait and nothing happens. He is never available to see me and never reaponses to my emails or messages. <br> This money belongs to my credit card and loans etc and since my accounts had gone in arrears. After making an arrangement with the bank to pay this amount off, they accepted and when i made my 1st payment, they cancelled all my facilities. They quick to call for their money but what about mine. Totally disgusted.
