Depositing money to your institution should be easy and cost free

<p>on 12 and 13 June 2016, i tried to deposit cash to a atm but on both instances i was unable to do so, because of these atm's not working the way they should i decided to deposit the money at a teller and then i was charged for depositing the money at a teller and not at a atm.</p> <p>Why should one be charged at a teller but not at a atm for depositting cash?</p> <p>Personally i think you should reverse these two options of depositting funds, as making a deposit at a atm is risky as it is outside the bank and one can only deposit 50 notes per transaction.</p> <p> </p>
