deposit not reflecting after almost 1 month

Good day.i made 2 cheque deposits into my account at the atm outside the bank...after a few days the amount was reversed. I have called several times and been in at the bank. They keep saying they are waiting for hedoffice. Its almost a month gone...I need my salary for expenses....how can it take so long. Please look into this and give me feedback urgently.....
