Deposit

I really don't understand been patient enough thinking that things would change.....since the lockdown but it's seems that the pathetic service won't stop and you close lots of branches even before the pandemic situation and you didn't even notice us why till today some of us we don't know clearly you don't care so we will take our business elsewhere as a company because you don't have working ethics with your clients. I have been in for banks already....eg ( East Gate, Mall of the South ,East Rand Mall and edenvale and they are all close imagine....the petrol and frustration we have to deal with and adding on top of that time....so I have reported this and as the company .....we looking else where for business.
