***** DEPARTMENT ON LEAVE OR SLEEPING

My account was frozen by Standard Bank some 6 weeks back, we have been liaising with Mpho, Yolandi and Portia. After forwarding all the information required account still blocked, Yesterday Monday 31st March 2025 send another email only to fid our two of the parties are ow on leave. This morning 01 April 2025 I see that banking fees have come off my account. I am still waiting for my account to be lifted, I have been into the branch, forwarded all details, to date I still get o response. I have asked who my investigating officer is and to date the investigating officer has not contacted me. I have presented the bank with all the details they required. They quick to block your account and take off banking fees. Makes me wonder how much interest was made on the banking account while it was blocked?
