DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS IN STANDARD BANK KILLARNEY BRANCH!!!

Good Day,

I have tried for 4 months to get throught to STANDARD BANK KILLARNEY BRANCH just to pick up my Daughters ID card FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS. I have processed leave twice just to get to the branch just to find the branch closed. I have phoned 100 times just to try to speak with someone in Standard Bank to put me through to the Department of HOME AFFAIRS to make arrangements for the ID card collection, but I get cut off or the number ***) doesn't exist and are refered back to ***just to repeat this senseless exercise. The absolute worst!!! What must I do to get through to someone? Smoke signals doesnt work either! The Department of home affairs refuse to give me my daughter's ID card without my presence!! ***
