Department closed of just not working

Is their any Body still working in the Diseases estates Department at Standard Bank , I reported a Deceased Estate with them In July 2022 , I even try to contact them by Phone , it is as if they closed that Department , on the 11/8/2022 I send them a mail telling them that i am going to Hallo Peter if they don't respond. you will not believe it , they did not even respond , do any body have any idee how to get hold of any body within that department. it is really Bad.
