Demoralized, Discontent with Standard Bank

Hi I would like to deposit my grievance and discontent with relation to Standard bank private banking customer service. And How I'm struggling to resolve my problem.

Apparently I had an outstanding debt the Standard bank sold to one of the their dept collectors. I asked the consultant to email me the depth collectors details. And I was told that they are not allowed. But proceeded to send me they office numbers, I called and I was told to provide me ID number and contact details when I did that I was told that I was not in the system and the dept collectors don't recognize my dept.

I subsequently call Standard Bank and made them aware the lady that was assisting me said She sent an email to the admini department if I I'm not mistaken and told me that I would get a response on Monday 05/11/2024. I'm still waiting for a response till to-date. Today 06/11/2024 I called in to make a follow-up and I spoke to this rude *********** lady who dropped the phone on me after waiting for a couple of minutes to be assisted. I'm very discouraged by all of this given the fact that I have been calling and enquiring about this issue. I was not given a ref number. I was told that the ref number is the time and Dat of the call.
