DEMANDING PAYMENT DURING LOCKDOWN

I have a vehicle finance with standard bank and was retrecnhed at work in year 2019. I requested to make an arrangement with Standard bank to settle the amount in arrears which was agreed on telephonically and on email with Mr Sibusiso Shwala and Ronnie. I was advised I would receive a revised payment plan which I did not receive. Currently I am working in the training sector and due to the pandemic Corona virus and national lockdown I was able to make half payment in the month of March which I emailed proof of payment to Mr Sibusiso Shwala. To my surprise I have received a call from a guy called Ishmael who works for Mac roberts attorneys saying that no arrangements was made and I needed to make full payment. This is insensitive when there is a national crisis going on and he demands that I make a payment arrangement. I explained to Ishmael the first time he called me that I can only make arrangements when the national lockdown has been lifted, still he insist I make arrangements. According to the law this is not allowed and banks are aware of what is going on, how come am I receiving this call numerous times with a guy demanding payment.
