demand letters for closed and paid off account
I keep getting collection SMSs from MBD inc on behalf of standard bank regarding my SBSA loan. This in fact was a cheque account which I closed over a year ago. Nonetheless I paid the money that they were demanding on th 6th of December last year. I sent numerous emails and made many calls but the ir service (MBD) is simply pathetic. No one comes back to you with information.
Can you please close this account?
