Delays in Student Loan Processing Affecting Registration and Rent Payment

I app**** for the Student Loan Without Surety on February 10th. After three weeks with no updates, I filed a complaint. It was only after this that my application was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. On February 27th, I was advised to reapply, which I did, and I followed up today for an update.

The loan team has now informed me that the landlord's banking details must be included in the lease agreement. However, I have already provided an official document from FNB confirming the landlord’s banking details, as my landlord banks with FNB. What exactly do they expect from me? Do they expect the landlord to go through the entire legal process of amending the lease agreement, which would take time and money? Or am I supposed to edit the lease agreement myself and add the landlord’s details just to get assistance—which would constitute *****?

This is not my first year receiving funding from Standard Bank, yet every year there is a new issue that causes unnecessary delays, disrupting the process. My rent is due, and the university has warned me that I will be deregistered because my registration fees have been outstanding since the beginning of February.

Please assist, as visiting the bank has not helped. I have already been there, and even they could not resolve the issue beyond calling and emailing the relevant department.
