DELAYING TRANSFER

We purchased a property on auction from a deceased estate on 18 June 2015. The transferring attorney requested cancellation figures on 16 July. STD Bank's turn around time to issue figures, by their own email is 7 working days. It has now been EIGHTEEN working days and no figures have been issued. I contacted STD Bank via email,but neither Mr.Hoosen nor Xavier responded. I suppose they don't have the common courtesy to respond to members of public. They are causing a MASSIVE delay in the house being transferred to us which will result in us having to pay occupational rent!
