DELAYED SMS'S & POOR SYSTEMS

Standard Bank payment Sms's are always delayed. Hardly get them at the time of purchase instead it comes a week later. I dont often draw cash and so the sms is my way of knowing what I have left in my bank account. I am now in a real sticky situation as last week's sms's are coming through this morning and now i have mere Rands to see me through the month and payday is 2 weeks away. Also on one occasion I drew cash at the Standard Bank Summerstarnd Branch ATM and the slip that the ATM produced was about R 900 less than the sms and my bank statemnt when I went it to the branch to complain I was told sorry Mam that machine is faulty we dont have a answer for you.The systems are so poor I really cant bank with them anymore. Not to metion when I once went into the bank to replace my card and all my info was lost as accoriding to the teller they had a system issue and I was then asked loudly infront of other clients personal info like how much I earn, etc. I am looking at a new bank as this is really pathetic service which i can no longer tolerate. Any suggestions for a bank that is fast, efficient and who's system ACTUALLY work??
