Delayed refund

Someone from Daly Credit called me on the 18 October to make an arrangement to pay R200 every month to pay back the +-R2569.29. On 26 October Standard Bank took the whole amount. I called them on 26 and the lady I spoke to said the refund can only be done the next day on the 27 so I should call back. I called back on the 27 and I was transferred to Eunice who said the money reflects and it should be in 31 October. On 31 October I called in again and spoke to Tsakane who said the money did not reflect on Friday so Eunice was unable to do the refund but she will advise her to proceed and I should have my money by Thurday 2 November. 2 November I spoke to Edward twice and he said the refund is in progress and I should have the money by end of business. 3 November still nothing and when I called in I spoke to Lebohang and he told me by end of business and when I told him that is what everyone has been saying he said and I quote: "like I said it will be in by end of business today" if I remember the statement correct. On Monday I spoke to Tsakane again and I told her you keep on saying end of business and she said she cant answer on behave on the others but she will escalate it, meanwhile on Tuesday she said I will have my money on Thursday. I asked her to provide me with email address of the accounts department but it bounced back. I called back again and spoke to Dudu to confirm the email address and she gave me a different one but it also bounced back but said she can see the Tsakane loaded a request or something. I called back again wanting to know the outcome and spoke to Edward again and he said he will ask his superior who is not available at the moment and I should call back in 15-30 minutes. Did I mentioned they were never available whenever I wanted to speak to them and the length of me holding on for? When I called back I spoke to Legohang and he said he is going to the department so that they will process the refund urgently and he will give me a call back I am still waiting. Today I spoke to Thulani and I asked to speak to a supervisor and I spoke to Thando/Thandi Maluleke at 9.35AM who promised to call me back and I am still waiting. I am getting the money back or not?
