Delayed payment and dissatisfaction with service

I recently released a 7 day notice which I have not yet reviewed till to-date. It was done via telephone communication and a consultant assisted me I forming me that it would take 7 days to be released.

However to my disappointment I waited 7days and no funds reflected in my account. I then went to the nearby branch to do a follow-up and was told that ut would be released the Monday. Till today I am still waiting for payment.

I have actually considered to withdraw all the funds.
