Delayed claim

Barry Hlatshwayo (ID no: ***) and I had a fight, he forced me to transfer R200k to his capitec acc.he then transferred R100k to Good managers - ***. later we talked and he agreed to transfer back the money but it was put on hold by both banks. we went to capitec at the same time and they recalled the money immediately. we submitted affidavits for STD to release the money so he can transfer it back to me.till today STD has not released.I was told std bank is taking it to Magistrate court yet there was no case opened.
