Delay in opening a late estate account

Good Day, please assist

I have been to various standard bank branches seeking help in opening a late estate account. First I went to Jabulani and they referred me to Maponya or Lenasia because all business bankers are found there. On Monday I went to Maponya in the morning hoping to find assistance but I was told the Business Banker left early (I went there after 10 am)and that I should come back on Thursday, no appointment was made with the banker, no phone call was made to alert him/her that I will be coming back on Thursday.

Today I decided to ask for a day off to go to a different branch. I first went to the Braamfontein branch and was told to go to Carlton Centre, I then called one the Standard bank agent and she told me to go back to the branch and ask them to call the banker on my behalf and set up an appointment. I went back back and didn't get any assistance. I then went to Carlton Centre Branch and I was told the banker is not the, and I was told the banker will be there the whole day. I asked the lady if she can give me the banker's email or contacts and she refused.

I left my contacts with the lady and she told me the banker will contact me, when I asked she said she doesn't know but it won't be this week. Please assist me, I can't be taking day off to go to Standard Bank without getting any assistance.
