Delay in opening a bank account

We app**** to open a trading bank account the week of the 23 Mar 15. One trustee was not available to sign (a non share holder trustee) and the bank refused open the account. Understandable. However the next week the standard bank \system"has been \""down\"" and the bank is therefore unable to open the account. This is detrimental to out business operations and needless to say the economy in general. """
