Delay in attorneys

We've app**** for a house and the 1st bond was granted on the 23/10/2015, however the seller decided to sell to someone else. We went to go look for new property for the same amount and submitted the necessary documents and an amendment for substitution of property was done. A bond re-grant was given on the 19th of November 2015.<br> <br> We have since been told that the current status of the application is \attorney allocated"however the appointed attorney's haven't received any instruction from the bank via their legal system in order for them to start with the registration. I've been calling non-stop but getting no way forward! <br> <br> Today the attorney's still confirmed no instruction received from the bank. Can someone please assist? """
