I took out a loan of R3000 on the 13 April 2015 of which repayment period was 12 months. I received an SMS a year later to confirm that my loan has been paid up. And then month end of April I noticed that R114, 50 and an additional R526,80 was debited. I went to the bank to enquire and was told it's the loan repayment and moreover R57 was being debited from April 2016 to date of which I never noticed on my bank statement. Bottom line I was told that it will be investigated and refunded. To date am still being told the same story.
I would like some speedy resolution and my money back please.
