DEFEMATION OF CARACTOR

I am at my whit's end, I only realised after 11 years that Standard Bank are giving me bad references in regards to my position in financial markets operations. I requested a referral letter, and then proceeded by requesting my file via human recourses, I realized that my file is missing, and that my so called working history with standard bank was destroyed. I was called by and HR consultant stating that I have to remove SCMB from my cv, the feed back I received was that I was let go due to poor performance. I consequently found all my KRA'S and my swift transactions that proofed that I transferred billions via international banks to standard bank. For 9 years a did my job to perfection as my volumes 154 transaction per day, and my KRA 6.2 through out. I was never given an opportunity to get valid reasons from my superiors as they refused to disclose there reasons. I also had a bond to pay, and 2 daughters to take care off. There has been no resolution, and the only work I could get due to this was contract never permanent. I was under the impression that I was retrenched. But soon found out that was not true.
