Default on Credit Bureau
In 2012 I moved banks from SBSA to FNB. In 2014 October I was contacted and advised that my cheque account is overdrawn and that I need to pay the outstanding amount. Instruction was given in 2012 to close the account. After a long battle the accumulated fees were reversed and account closed and a confirmation letter send to myself in October 2014. I today app**** for vehicle finance and was declined because of a default.<br> I pulled my Transunion report and behold a default from SBSA loaded November 2014 for my cheque account. What a load of bull. What a ridiculous way to service customers. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. Can someone please contact me and resolve this issue
