Defamation of character

<p>There was a credit card taken out in my name that card was closed down in 2002. When I recently wanted to open an contact with Vodacom, I was told my details was on the Experian database (a black listing company). On further investigation I found that it was for this account that Standard Bank never closed down in 2002, the outstanding card fees has accumulated to R100, Standard Bank had reported me for a R100 that was outstanding due to an error on their side. We received a letter for Standard Bank Mafikeng, stating this was an error from our side and it has been resolved, however this was not the case and NOT OUR FAULT AND NOT SOLVED.</p> <p>I have consulted Standard Bank FOUR TIMES about this issue, they accepted the error was on their side and that my name will be cleared. I even contacted Petronella at the credit card section this was more than two months after this incident and my name has still not been cleared. This is defamation of character, I demand my name to be cleared within the next 48 hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ref: ********** 783</p>
