De*****ed by Standard Bank by increasing home loan installments when interest rate are cut.
Standard Bank de*****ed me by increasing the installment on my home loan account. In the past five interest rate cuts, standard Bank increased my home loan installments instead of reducing it. SBSA-Hello-Peter-team promised to give me a letter so that I can escalate this to the Bank's Ombudsman.
