DEDUCTIONS FROM ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I've made an arrangement with Std Bank's collections dept., to pay an amount of R1,000.00 per month on my credit card. December the 8th of 2015, I arranged with the attorneys to reduce payment to R500.00, which was accepted. Then in December, Std Bank took R12,800.00 from my account. I then queried and I am still awaiting their answer to this deduction. Again in January 2016, the deducted another R29,200.00 from my account, while we are still in the negotiation stage with the attorneys and Std Bank. I see this as a ridiculous, as the bank do not negotiate to the attorney, which they appointed, to collect money from me. Please see this as an very urgent matter, due to me losing approximately R140,000.00 in business. Your support will be highly appreciated.
