<p>I had a year agreement with my bank to save 500 every month from 26jan16 till 26jan17, if I wanted the money before the time I will have to pay a fine if 400, last month December I want to the bank to stop agreement n i paid a fine of 400 but yet the bank still pulled off 500 at the end of december n now they want me to pay another 400 to get my 500 which i will have a 100 left</p>
