Deduction from Savings account without notice!

On 29 July 2015 i went to a Standard Bank branch Cycad Polokwane to pay for my cheque account that had a negative amount and as a result handed over to Brooks and Luyts Attorneys. I was told that the Account no longer exists on their system. I was suprised, as i paid the account on 30 June 2015 with no problems encoutered. I called the Attorneys and spoke to a lady called Cathrine to explain the problem that i experienced at the Branch. They told me that they would follow it up but not response from them!<br> On 06 August 2015, Standard Bank then Deducted an amount of R1885 from another savings account (AN ACCOUNT FOR MY CHILDS MAINTAINANCE FROM HER FATHER) which i have with them without my knowledge or any form of notification to pay the overdue amount into my cheque account. I called them to inform them (EDWARD MGAJI) of what they did but was told that there was nothing they could do. I got back to the Attorneys to tell them about Standard Banks response and was told that the Supervisor would call the bank to resolve the matter. Attorneys called and told me to call the bank again.
