Deducting money, without my knowledge!!!

My credit card was handed over to ARA, they called me and made arrangements, for a payment of R500 on the 31.08.2015, without my knowledge or giving any one permission or anyone contacting me to inform me, STANDARD BANK deducted the FULL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT from my savings (access) account!! How the fudge to you had over my account to lawyers & give them permission to contact me and make arrangement with me and yet as soon as there is money in my account you just debit it????? How the fudge do you not keep to your own arrangements?? I was unemployed for over 2 years as soon as I found a job, you ***** the food right out of my children's mouths. I would understand if I did not keep to the current arrangement. And still the people from ARA calls & tells me that you deducted the money from my account coz I only made arrangements for the 31.08.15 & the money was available on 25.08.15.
