Deducting honouring fees

I am a client of Standard bank and I don't understand how they deduct fees from my account every other day whenever there's been an amount pain into my account.Each time the deduct an honoring fee for who knows what.I have lost so much over the past few much that I am scared to use this account by now.I do not wanna swipe my card at shops anymore because I pay honoribg fees for every time I swipe at a shop
