Deducted unnecessary houring fees
I just show in my bank account that you have deducted a R150 houring fee and this isn't the first time first it was R50 nuw its more..I used to think that Standard bank is the best bank but now your robbing us what about the people that dont get that much in there bank and now your here *****ing that money no I want my money back in my account

The bank covers the shortfall to ensure the transaction is not declined, and the fee reflects that service.

We recommend reviewing your statement for any transactions that may have been banked late while there were insufficient funds available.
