Declining customer service at Standard Bank
Not happy with Home Loan Sales Consultant Maitelo Mogwera who took my call and just kept silent. Had no joy just waiting for 10 minutes. Asked to speak to the manager and had to hold on forever. Manager cannot take my call, she is too busy. Customer service is deplorable.
