Declined vehicle application due to company loan not showing on payslip

I want to make a trade in, however i am declined due to the fact that what is on my payslip & on my bank account is different even though there is letter from my employer explaining & also the HR & payroll person confirmed over phone. They argue it should show on payslip. Each company is different & have different methods. I am not happy with Vehicle & Asset finance verification team.

I am have been a paying member i just want a trade in. If it was due them declining credit or i do not qualify i would be more satifsited.
