Declined homeloan

I am horrified to hear that Standard Bank has declined us a homeloan. All our accounts are with them and they keep phoning to offer us loans and credit cards! After we were preapproved and now we have sold our house so we are basically homeless!!!! I will be moving all my accounts!!
