Declined for a process I was told to complete
Good day,
I was told to apply for debt restructuring, I completed most of the paperwork, busy gathering the last things in order to submit it to the bank and then I get an email this morning that I have been declined. Why? This is for my vehicle finance, that I app**** for debt restructuring. I was advised by Gordon to get all the information and do this ASAP and now I am following the process. Like what's happening??? I want management to call and email me.
