Declined every time

<p> </p> <p>I've been banking with Standard Bank for about 5 years now and they made it seem like they would go out of their way to help their customers but this is not the case, I was told whenever applying for some sort of finance to go to my bank first cause if you try too many at a time your rating drops. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the last 8 months I've been declined by Standard Bank for vehicle but waa approved by MFC in a few hours, 2 months ago I needed a small loan for home improvements to fix up a house to sell and pay the bank as soon as possible but again denied but over the phone RCS approved me immediately. </p> <p> </p> <p>What's the criteria to get help from Standard Bank as all they just want is to keep you money coming into their bank, I was for 14 years with Nedbank and never had this issue. </p>
