Decline VAF but approve personal loans.
What ridiculous service
I have many Products with Standard Bank.
They even approved an R80k loan last month. and I have a credit card I even settled one loan I had that was supposed to be 3 years in less than 6months, despite all this they decline my VAF with no reason.
Please advise why you are treating good paying customers this way and not helping them.
Should I switch to a bank that is approving me? Although it will not affect you in any way , I am a customer of Standard Bank.
I can assure you that this vehicle would have been settled in less than 3 years.
Why are you declining my VAF but approved a loan of 80K 2 weeks ago?
This is ridiculous.
