Deceased Estates

Highly disappointed by the lack of communication and poor service rendered by a certain Lindokuhle Mlambo at the Wills and trust department. We reported an estate on the 15 February 2023 and provided him with supporting documents and contact details however he has not responded to us and the estate has not even been reported at the masters office. We call and he never answers his phone or take a courtesy to return it, he never responds to emails and when we call the reception he will undertake to get back to us but will never will. This is an estate where there is a minor and an unemployed major who have no other means of income, all this was also explained in the emails hoping he will have some humanity to atleast report and they access little money to live off, as much as they are orphans they really don't deserve this injustice rendered by standard bank. People should not have Wills drafted with banks they never prioritize the estates
