Deceased Estate nightmares

It has been 4 months today of begging and pleading for Standard Bank to process my mother-in-law's estate and we still have no estate number and are in no better position now than we were 4 months ago. There are 2 properties which are now standing empty and the rates and services are in arrears now and the properties are at risk of vandalisation so they need to be auctioned off or sold but nothing can be done without an estate number and nothing happens on any level. Please process the estate or remove yourselves as executors with immediate effect. We are now tired of the incompetence.

We received an email from you stating that we owe a lot of money upfront to get the estate in motion because your fees and other estate associated fees are seen as short falls which is a joke on an estate that has more than enough to cover these costs. This approach has left our attorneys completely flabbergasted because your use of the term short fall is highly obscured, so they will be taking over the estate and we will be sending in motion for renounciation of executorship asap. It sure is a pity that Standard Bank were chosen as executor because we could have been half way to finalizing the estate by now instead of applying for executorship.
